The name of the Children’s Hospital is based on the story of the Peruvian boy Tony  Molleapaza Rojas. He sadly died from cancer on 31 January 2005 at the age of 10. Tony was treated at PAZ-Holandesa in the years prior to his death. His positive nature, sociable behavior and his impressive fight against his illness made an indelible impression on all that knew him. We were honored to link his name to our Children’s Hospital.
