Since april 2012 we have our own children’s hospital in Arequipa and in this hospital we’re attending for three months at Roger (13 years) and Roxi (11 years).
Both are victims of a terrible accident caused by a cable high voltage electricity in the province of Puno. Roger lost his right arm and a part of his genitals and Roxi lost both forearms, trough the electric burns.
In these three months, they have not only gotten intensive medical care but also psychological therapy so that they can accept their dramatically changed lives.
Now they need armprotheses!
Now they need armprotheses so both can have again an independent life and go back to their families and villages.
These armprotheses cost per piece 1500 euro/1700 dollar and we need to buy three to get these kids back on track.

It is a hype on the internet, making your own video version of the music hit and video ‘Happy’ by Pharell Williams. It isn’t because of the hype, but it is such a great and happy song, which exactly fits with the feeling we want to give to our personal and patients in our hospital. So we shot this saturday (thanks to Pavel Acosta and Mario Rodriquez, 2M Produciones, Arequipa) the video. No es debido a la exageración, pero es una gran y feliz canción de este tipo, que se ajusta exactamente con la sensación que queremos dar a nuestro personal y los pacientes en nuestro hospital.
