Vandaag werd bij alle geselecteerde kinderen voor het a.s. operatieproject, welke 20 oktober van start gaat, bloed afgenomen. De wachtkamer zat vol en zoals dat gaat met bloedprikken, uiteraard veel gehuil.
Maar het leed was gelukkig snel geleden, want na de vervelende prik, kreeg ieder kind een speeltje en dan is de aandacht afgeleidt.Vanaf dinsdag 21 oktober tot en met vrijdag 31 oktober zal het team o.l.v. Dr.Reinier van Twisk, plastisch chirurg, ruim 50 kinderen opereren.
50 Kinderen die een hazelip, een open gehemelte of brandwonden hebben en niet over geld beschikken om een operatie te ondergaan. Wij helpen hen gratis, niet alleen hun benodigde operatie (s) maar ook de gehele nazorg.A pesar de la gran agitación de construir el hospital, continuamos con nuestros proyectos.
